Apply a desired amount to the finger tips and work the oil into the scalp & down through the strands. The amount of oil used is a very personal choice. Some people need a lot and others only need a little. You know your hair. Leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes or overnight for stressed / damaged hair. You can also use it as a styling product to tame fly-away strands.
Tip: After applying the oil, take a small towel or hair wrap and wet it with very hot water. Wring it out and wrap your hair in the towel. You can repeat this once or twice if you like, to enhance the treatment.
